Handmade, customized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Since most of our products are handmade and fragile artworks, we accept exchange only in the following cases:

The product is damaged during transit

Customers must provide an unboxing video (continuous and uncut) while opening the package.
Damage claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.Please send the following details:
