Shipping Damage Disclaimer

At The Artisian, we take great care in packaging every product to ensure safe delivery. Many of our items are handcrafted artworks and fragile sculptures, which require careful handling during shipping.

While we use secure packaging and trusted courier partners, minor transit risks may still occur due to the delicate nature of handmade products.

To ensure transparency and protect both parties, customers are required to record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

Damage claims will only be accepted if:

• A complete unboxing video is provided

• The issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

The Artisian is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Improper handling after delivery

• Failure to provide the required unboxing proof

• Delayed reporting of the issue
