Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping Within India

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within India. No minimum purchase is required.

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

International Shipping

We also offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, package size, and weight of the items. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges must be paid by the customer.

2. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Handmade, customized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

  • During peak seasons, exhibitions, or promotional periods, slight delays may occur.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping location and courier partner.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an AWB tracking number along with a tracking link.

You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website using the AWB number.

5. Order Cancellations or Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect address or delivery failure will be borne by the customer.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Since most of our products are handmade and fragile artworks, we accept exchange only in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

To request an exchange:

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video (continuous and uncut) while opening the package.

  • Damage claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

8. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Process a refund to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.

9. Important Notes

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

  • Customized or made-to-order artworks cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
