At The Artisian, every product is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. Due to the handmade and fragile nature of many of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged during transit

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The wrong product was delivered

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a clear unboxing video (continuous and uncut) while opening the package.

This video is required as proof in case the product arrives damaged.Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Reporting an Issue

If your product is damaged or defective, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery.
