Payment Terms: 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is to be paid before the final delivery of the mural.

Clay Work Approval:  A detailed clay model will be created and shared with you for approval before proceeding to the final execution. Once the clay work is approved, we will begin the final stage of the mural/sculpture.

100 years Durability.

Please note: No refunds will be issued after clay work approval and commencement of the final process.
 
Refund Policy If the client decides to terminate the agreement before approving the clay model, 10% of the total project cost will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
 
No refund will be applicable after clay model approval.
 
Delivery Timeline The estimated delivery time is 20–30 days from the date of receiving the advance payment and clay work approval. Any unforeseen delays will be promptly communicated. Ownership Full ownership of the final mural will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. Breakage During Transit Any damage or breakage during transit will be the responsibility of The Artisian. In such cases, we will arrange for repair or replacement as needed.
