1. Shipping Methods:

2. Shipping Charges:
For India:
a) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- For orders with a total value of Rs. 300 or more, cash on delivery (COD) is free of charge.
- For COD orders below Rs. 300, a flat rate of Rs. 59 will be charged as COD fee.
b) Prepaid Orders:
- For prepaid orders with a total value of Rs. 300 or more, shipping is free of charge.
- For prepaid orders below Rs. 300, a flat rate of Rs. 59 will be charged for shipping.
For Everywhere Else:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, there might be slight delays in order processing. We appreciate your patience.
4. Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping address and the courier service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.
5. Tracking Orders:
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the courier service's website or by contacting their customer support.
6. Order Cancellations and Modifications:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that once the order is shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
7. Undeliverable Packages:
In case a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Please note that any additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
8. Refunds / Exchanges

We accept exchange only against defective product or incase the product(s) gets damaged during transit. However, unboxing and uncut video of the product is mandatory for damaged product replacement.

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered or it is defective then it has to be informed to us with images and video within 24 hours after delivery. The unboxing uncut video is mandatory for damaged product replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your source account or send the replacement product accordingly.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
How do I cancel an order on the-artisian.com?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at contact@the-artisian.com or whatsapp at +917679165673. with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Once your order is dispatched, thereafter, it can not be cancelled.
10. Tracking of Order
You will also be able to track your order online using the AWB number of your parcel. The details of the AWB number and the link to tracking website will be mailed to you once the order is dispatched from our centre.
